CAD Temporary Works Designer

About the Company:

Contek Recruitment Solutions are collaborating with our client who are a pioneering company specialising in the development of a decking system, a fully scaffolding-compatible modular hanging work platform that delivers game-changing metrics compared to traditional scaffolding. Offering a competitive salary range of £34,000 to £38,000 per annum, subject to experience, this role also includes 30 days of leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) and statutory pension contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and submit concept design solutions.
- Conduct client meetings (primarily via Teams) and site visits across the UK.
- Deliver CAD designs tailored to client specifications.
- Provide quotes for the V-Deck™ systems designed.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to secure projects.

Skills, Experience, and

Education:

- Communication:
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge/Expertise:
Minimum 1 year of 3D CAD experience, preferably with Autodesk Inventor; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

- Innovation: A strong motivation to learn about and contribute to innovative solutions.

Ability to understand client needs and deliver effective design solutions that drive client success.
