Working within a commercial environment with a high-profile critical environment

Carry out P.P.M/ Reactive, service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.

Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites within the site; this includes but not limited to:
Pumps, AHU’s, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Plumbing or equivalent
• Unvented hot water certificate
• Previous experience of pipe fitting and plumbing in commercial properties
• Be organised and exhibit good time keeping
• Commercial gas experience/qualifications desirable but not a requirement
• Experience in fault finding beneficial
• Able to work on his/her own initiative
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
