Our HR Apprenticeship is one of the most exciting HR apprenticeship opportunities in the UK.We are offering a starting salary of circa £25,000 per annumand the chance to achieve a Level 5 HR Consultancy Apprenticeship and a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.

This 24-month programme combines practical experience with structured learning, givingyouinsight into HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Your training will be delivered remotely by Avado Learning, alongside on-the-job experience at EDF locations. You’ll play a part in EDF’s mission to drive the transition towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll be based at Sizewell BPower Station with remote learning provided by Avado Learning.

Travel between locations may be required, giving you exposure to different teams and projects across EDF.

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining HR systems and employee records
• Supporting Talent identification and succession planning
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
• Learning from experienced HR professionals
• Developing communication and organisational skills

To be eligible for this EDF apprenticeship programme, you need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English), plus two A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will ordinarily require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
