Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We're supporting a growing civil engineering contractor with a strong regional presence who are looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team near Ipswich.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on live infrastructure and groundworks projects while working alongside experienced Senior QSs.

The Role

• Assist with cost reporting, valuations and change management

• Support subcontract procurement and package management

• Help with measurement, take-offs and forecasting

• Learn NEC contract administration in a live project environment

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in a QS/AQS role or strong placement year background

• Exposure to civil engineering or groundworks projects

• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Studying towards or qualified with a QS / Construction-related degree or HND
