We’re looking for a Common Services Lead to join the Sizewell C Project – one of the UK's largest and most exciting infrastructure developments. This is your opportunity to help deliver a major low‑carbon energy project that will power over six million homes and play a vital role in achieving Net Zero by 2050.

As the Site Operations Infrastructure & Utility Service Manager
, you’ll take ownership of critical infrastructure and utility contracts worth around £100 million
, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery across a live construction site supporting over 8,000 workers.

• Lead the delivery of major infrastructure and utility maintenance contracts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of essential site infrastructure.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary teams and Tier 1 contractors to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Drive collaboration across H&S, logistics, and project controls teams.
• Report on progress, budgets, and compliance with statutory permits and licences.

• Strong leadership background within highways, construction, or service‑led environments.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale projects in regulated settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NEC3 TSC contracts and budget management preferred.
