Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering groundworks, reinforced concrete and infrastructure schemes across East Anglia. Due to a strong secured pipeline, they're looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based near Ipswich.

The Role

Manage projects through the full commercial lifecycle - procurement, cost reporting, valuations and final account

Administer NEC contracts and manage subcontractor packages

Work closely with delivery teams on technically challenging civils schemes

Support tender reviews and cost planning where required

About You

Experience as a QS within a civil engineering or groundworks contractor

Strong understanding of NEC contracts

Confident managing packages independently

Degree, HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction related discipline
