We’re looking for an experienced Crane Supervisor to join a dynamic civil engineering project based in Suffolk starting asap, for a 2-month assignment.

This role offers the chance to work with a reputable contractor in the plant, groundworks, and civils sector.

The Role:

You will oversee all crane operations on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant lifting activities. This is a great opportunity to be part of high-quality civil engineering projects with a strong, experienced team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise all crane operations and lifting activities on-site

Ensure compliance with lifting plans

Coordinate with site teams, riggers, and banksmen to safely manage lifts

Report to the Site Manager on progress and any issues

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor in civil engineering, plant, or construction projects

Valid CPCS (or equivalent) Crane Supervisor and Crane Operator tickets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Medical certificate as a safety-critical worker
