Experienced Ground working individual – Full-Time Opportunity

Projects across:
Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire

We are an established groundworks company based in Leighton Buzzard, delivering high-quality projects across the surrounding counties. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced skilled ground worker to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering all aspects of groundworks across a range of sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• General groundworks
• The knowledge and knowhow of how to read and understand a drawing.
• Drainage
• Footings
• Kerbing and edgings

• Minimum 5 years’ groundworks experience
• Full UK driving licence expected
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Full-time, ongoing employment
• Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience
• All PPE provided
