Are you a CNC Machinist with programming knowledge and a background working on Lathes looking for a 4‑day, late‑shift role that offers excellent overtime and autonomous working?

In this role you will be setting, operating and programming a wide range of Lathes within a precision engineering environment. You will work the late shift, Monday to Wednesday 4:30 pm – 3:30 am, with a 1:00 am finish on Thursday. Additional overtime is available.

This company is renowned for offering the tightest tolerances and the highest honing precision in the industry. It has repeat business for multiple F1 competitors, aerospace giants and defence companies. To keep up with demand, they're looking for an experienced Turner to join their friendly, relaxed workshop.

• Operate, set up and program a wide range of Lathes (CNC, G‑Code, Fanuc, CAM/CAD)
• Work a 4‑day week:
  Monday to Wednesday 4:30 pm – 3:30 am, Thursday finish at 1:00 am
• Handle optional overtime (paid at 1.5x–2x rates)
• Ensure precision manufacturing to meet the company's tight tolerances and honing standards

• Experience as a CNC Machinist or Turner
• Programming knowledge (G‑Code, CAM/CAD)
• Background working with Lathes
