Location: Leighton Buzzard
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (lots of overtime available)
Pay: 18 - 22 per hour, depending on experience

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator. The successful candidate will work primarily on aluminium metals, producing batches ranging from 1-offs to 10-offs. You will operate and program CNC Lathes using Fanuc controls, with a focus on online programming to ensure precise and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
• Program parts online to produce high-quality components
• Produce small batch runs, typically 1-off to 10-off
• Ensure components meet strict tolerances and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed
• Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and workflow

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner / Setter / Operator
• Proficiency with Fanuc controls and online programming
• Experience working with aluminium and other metals
• Ability to work to tight tolerances on small batch runs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
