In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en oplossen van eerstelijns incidenten, variërend van Windows tot Microsoft Azure en Office 365. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot IT-Specialist met ondersteuning van een Fieldcoach en de mogelijkheid om certificaten te behalen die je salaris verhogen.
