Een organisatie voor forensische zorg zoekt een verpleegkundige voor het Ambulant Centrum in Leiden. In deze rol bied je specialistische zorg aan cliënten met complexe forensische problematiek. Je werkt outreachend en direct met cliënten, draagt bij aan behandeling en begeleiding, en hebt regie over je eigen caseload. Je hebt een MBO of HBO-diploma Verpleegkunde met geldige BIG-registratie. We bieden een contract voor 32-36 uur per week met doorgroeimogelijkheden.
