Reporting Specialist

become our new Reporting Specialist!

The Reporting Specialist is part of the Accounting & Reporting team and takes care of the company’s financial reporting. In this role, you make sure reports are accurate, clear, and in line with both internal and external requirements.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in Accounting, Operations, Financial Control, and Business Control to adjust reporting processes when things change. You’ll also be involved in projects that focus on improving how efficient and high-quality our financial accounting and reporting are.

You are part of an ambitious and open-minded team, which is part of the Finance department.

You report to the Manager Accounting & Reporting.

• Own the monthly closing process and deadlines, ensuring accrual-based and matching-principle accounting.
• Prepare, review, and deliver timely monthly reports with analytical insights, presenting results to the CFO.
• Support senior accounting colleagues with complex accounting processes.
• Own the year-end closing and annual reporting process, including audit coordination with external auditors.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Prepare and deliver key financial reports for stakeholders, banks, and internal management.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  ;
• You already have experience in financial resporting and/or financial auditing
  ;
• IT knowledge:
  Microsoft Office skills, Excel skills, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision).
• Nice to have: BI skills (preferably Qlikview)
• You are fluent in English — and if you speak Dutch
