LCM Engineer

A global medical device manufacturing company operating in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment, focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

The LCM Engineer manages product and component lifecycle activities at site level. The role leads design change projects, supports new product introductions, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Marketing, and global lifecycle teams to drive process improvements and maintain product compliance.

• Lead design change and lifecycle management projects
• Manage product master data and BOM updates
• Coordinate new material introductions and phase-outs
• Oversee labeling changes and ensure UDI compliance
• Support product registration and commercial launches
• Develop validation procedures and ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and quality standards
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and track project progress
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 2–8 years’ experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, QMS, and design control
• Experience with labeling, UDI, BOM management, and project coordination
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
