Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting process engineering activities, especially related to DSP operations and technology transfers during New Product Introductions (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Utilize 5-8 years of experience in pharma to support process engineering activities
• Manage and optimize downstream processing (DSP) operations
• Contribute to technology transfer and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve production processes
• Support on-site operations, primarily 3 to 4 days per week
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering
• Strong knowledge of DSP operations and tech transfer procedures
• Hands-on experience with NPI projects
• Formal engineering qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Ability to work on-site in Leiden, Netherlands, 3-4 days a week
