Construction Supervisor

You will join a well-established engineering and consultancy environment with a long history of delivering major industrial investment projects. You will supervise and monitor the  quality, safety, and progress  of work on the construction site within your discipline. You ensure all work complies with  technical guidelines, laws/regulations, contractual and design requirements, QHSE policies , and instructions from the Construction/Project Manager.

Your role is key to ensuring that construction activities are delivered according to contractual agreements.
What the role involves   Monitoring the contractor’s work scope and progress, identifying delays, and ensuring timely corrective actions in line with approved planning.
Inspecting and overseeing contractor activities to ensure compliance with technical guidelines, industry norms, legal requirements, and specific contract standards.
Ensuring strict adherence to QHSE requirements; reporting unsafe situations and supporting corrective measures to prevent incidents.
Providing clear progress updates to the Construction/Project Manager to maintain alignment and momentum during the construction phase.
Reviewing additional work requests and reporting findings based on contract interpretation, material takeoffs, and unit prices to ensure transparency and cost control.
What you bring   Completed technical MBO or HBO education.
3–5 years of experience  as an Engineer/Supervisor with  HVAC and/or Clean Room projects  within a pharmaceutical environment.
Strong command of  English  (required) and  Dutch  (preferred).
Driver’s license preferred.
Assertive, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
