We are recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver (Days) to join our busy logistics depot within a well-established tin manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role on a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Working within a fast-paced logistics and dispatch environment, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Transporting finished goods and raw materials across site
• Supporting warehouse and stock control operations
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

• 4 on / 4 off - Days
• 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Rotating shift pattern

• Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence
• Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (provided)
• Previous experience within logistics or manufacturing
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Reach Truck licence/experience (advantageous but not essential)

• Interviews & assessments:
  Week commencing 16 March 2026
• Mandatory training & induction:
  Starting 23 March 2026
• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2 weeks duration
• Please note:
  
  Completion of the 2-week induction/training period is mandatory.
• All FLT drivers will receive additional training on the B3 Counterbalance.
