First Bus, in partnership with Flix Bus, is continuing to expand its long‑distance coach network and is now recruiting experienced drivers to join our Leicester‑based team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

This role involves operating long‑distance intercity coach services across the region. You'll be responsible for delivering a safe, reliable, and comfortable journey for our customers, driving modern, well‑maintained coaches on scheduled routes while proudly representing both First Bus and Flix Bus.

• A valid PCV licence
• Previous experience as a Coach Driver, Bus Driver, or HGV Driver
• A professional, courteous, and customer‑focused approach
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and passenger care
