We are currently seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join the Family Solutions Team based in Bicester, North Oxfordshire
. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will work with families where early intervention and support can help prevent escalation to statutory services. The role focuses on delivering strengths-based, relationship-focused practice to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

• Manage a caseload of families requiring targeted support and intervention.
• Undertake assessments of children and families, identifying needs and risks.
• Develop and implement effective support plans in partnership with families and partner agencies.
• Work collaboratively with education, health, and community services.
• Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports.

• Qualified Social Worker with a recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
• Registration with Social Work England
  .
• Proven experience working with children and families.
• Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
