Job PurposeSupporting children and young people who are using and involved with substance use and those affected by someone else’s substance use. The key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of children and young people predominantly in the northwest of Oxfordshire.
- Engaging with young people in settings such as schools, colleges, partner agencies and community venues.
- Conducting specialist assessments, care planning, and delivering evidence‑based psychosocial interventions through one‑on‑one appointments, groups and online sessions.
- Collaborating with partner agencies to support young people in achieving positive changes.
- Experience of community engagement and delivering group work.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to liaise with and build effective working relationships with other agencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
