A social housing contractor is recruiting for an Electrician to carry out mainly 1st and 2nd fix works within properties in Grantham. This is a subcontract opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right person. Full details will be discussed ediate start available.

Electrician duties:
- 1st and 2nd fix electrical works
- Some full and partial rewires
- Working within social housing properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working in line with Health & Safety regulations
What is required for this Electrician position:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition
- AM2
- Experience with in social housing
- Own van and tools
- Full UK driving license
