A social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Electrician for 1st and 2nd fix works within properties in Grantham. The role is a subcontract opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £25 – £26, offering ongoing work and the potential for permanency. Candidates must have NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition certification, and experience in social housing, along with their own tools and a full UK driving license.
