Are you an experienced LCV Technician ready to take the next step in your career? RH Commercial Vehicles is looking for a proactive and motivated LCV Technician Supervisor to lead our skilled team in delivering outstanding service and vehicle maintenance.

As the LCV Technician Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our Light Commercial Vehicle operations. You’ll ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards—while supporting and mentoring a talented team of technicians.

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of LCV Technicians in the workshop
• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a range of light commercial vehicles
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations and Renault Trucks standards.
• Liaise with the Dealer Point Manager and Workshop Controller to plan workload and meet customer expectations
• Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your technical expertise

• Proven experience as an LCV Technician (Level 3 qualified or equivalent)
• Proven Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Leadership experience or the desire to step into a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
