Marmon Lift Recruitment is now seeking a Senior Lift Engineer to take ownership of a well-maintained service, repair and call-out route based in the East Midlands.
This is a hands-on, technical role, ideal for an experienced lift engineer who enjoys fault-finding, repairs, and responsibility, and who is keen to progress into a Lift Technician role.

Key responsibilities of a Lift Engineer:

* Service, repair and call-out response on passenger and goods lifts

* Advanced electrical and mechanical fault finding

* Carrying out repairs, adjustments, and component replacements

* Completing maintenance schedules in line with service contracts

* Reporting defects, safety issues and improvement opportunities

* Supporting continuous improvement in lift performance and safety

* Acting as a senior engineer on site, with scope to progress into a Lift Technician position

Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate:

* Currently working as a Lift Service Engineer or Lift Repair Engineer

* A technically strong, skilled engineer operating at a senior level

* Minimum 4 years’ experience in the lift industry (service & repair focused)

* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering

* Willing and motivated to progress into a Lift Technician role

* Lives within a commutable distance of Leicester

* Holds a clean UK Driving Licence
