Electrician

Day to day duties :

• Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests, addressing electrical repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns efficiently and safely.
• Performing ongoing electrical testing, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Managing and supervising electrical rewires and maintenance.
• PAT Testing
• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)

• Relevant C&G qualifications or equivalent
• Proven experience as an electrician, with a focus on social housing refurbishment and electrical remedial works
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems
• Proactive and positive mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence

This is a full-time position working 40hrs, Monday-Friday, with regular overtime opportunities available. We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
