Salary: £50,000 Basic Salary

Working hours:

Accident Repair centre, Monday to Friday

Annual leave: 29 days, rising with years of service

Company:
Independent, busy and immaculate accident repair centre.

• Remove & refit mechanical and electrical trims, panels, and components on vehicles.
• Ensure stripping and rebuilding work of all vehicles is carried out professionally and correctly, with final quality checks in line with applicable standards.
• Dismantle vehicles in preparation for panel work.
• Carry out inspections, fault finding, and diagnostic work.
• Order replacement parts.
• Re‑assemble the vehicle with new parts as required to pre‑accident condition.
• Strip and fit components, bodywork, and trim elements.
• Perform all MET duties within your remit.
• Follow manufacturer repair methods to return vehicles to pre‑accident condition.
• Ensure that all jobs are completed within estimated times.

• Experienced MET Technician/Mechanic Strip Fitter.
• ATA, NVQ 3 or IMI 3 qualifications are a distinct advantage.
