Multi Skilled Mobile (HVAC) Engineer (Leicester)

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Engineer who can deliver high‑quality service while completing routine maintenance tasks across multiple sites/locations throughout the Midlands. The successful candidate will support business continuity and compliance while building strong relationships with clients, site staff and colleagues.

Primary responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, including completing associated paperwork.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems and generate appropriate reports.
• Support additional tasks or ad‑hoc responsibilities as directed.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of commercial heating systems, servicing, repairs and installations.
• Diagnose and rectify faults with comprehensive technical skills; good controls and plumbing knowledge.
• Operate and troubleshoot BMS systems.
• Work on a flexible schedule, including out‑of‑hours call‑out rota (1 in
  7).
  Basic Electrical Safety Knowledge required.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Comply with Health & Safety and safe working practices.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role; have own initiative.
• Preferred: experience with unvented hot water systems, 18th Edition proficiency.
