Frontline Customer Support (Door to Door Sales)

Leicester (Field Based)

£26,208 basic plus uncapped commission; 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Do you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets? Are you the kind of salesperson who puts customer needs first when they consider changing energy providers? This role is more than sales; it’s your chance to be on the frontline for Utilita Energy. We are looking for Frontline Customer Support Agents to join our team and generate new prepayment customers.

As a Frontline Customer Support Agent you will be the face of Utilita, attending new and existing customers’ homes, selling the benefits of our products and services, and performing additional activities such as meter reads, updating customer information, and booking meter installs.

• Guaranteed basic salary
• Uncapped commission earnings – 15 live fuels per week at £25.00 per fuel = £375.00 commission
• Guaranteed minimum earnings on commission for the first 4 weeks to get you started (T&C’s apply)
• 4‑day virtual training induction programme with all equipment and uniform provided

• Proven track record in face‑to‑face sales environment
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Confident communicator with strong objection‑handling skills
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using a tablet or handheld device

To be successful in this role you will be required to pass a security vetting process.
