Salary; £28,000-£30,000 per annum

Shifts;
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 1:00pm

Location;
Leicester

Our client, a renowned international manufacturer based in Leicester is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join their Internal Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking outbound calls from customers and processing their orders accurately within set time frames, making the most of every opportunity to increase orders and generate additional business for the company.

The Internal Sales Role;

* Process and registering sales orders

* Preparing quotations for standard and bespoke cutting tools

* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Supporting external sales engineers with quotations and sourcing

* Sourcing tooling and components from approved suppliers and manufacturers

* Identifying alternative or replacement tooling based on customer requirements

* Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information expectations

Our Ideal Internal Sales Candidate;

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Professional and proactive attitude

* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

* Desirable (but not essential):

* Experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales support

* Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment

* Familiarity with engineering or technical products

* Experience sourcing products or dealing with suppliers
