WhatThe Role Looks Like
As a Procurement Executive, you play a key part in how we grow. You will learn to identify opportunities, engage SME customers, understand their challenges and guide them towards the right energy solutions. You will be supported every step of the way, but you will also have the freedom to take ownership of your pipeline and your development.
Your work directly influences business revenue and your own earning potential. No two days look the same. One moment you are researching new industries, the next you are negotiating a contract or helping a customer make a decision they feel confident about.
You will build skills in prospecting, relationship building, commercial thinking, CRM tools, objection handling and the full sales cycle. This is fast, varied and rewarding work where your effort really shows.
What You’ll Be Doing- Engaging with potential customers through outbound activity and relationship building
- Building and managing a personal pipeline that stays healthy and active
- Uncovering customer needs and offering clear, value‑led energy solutions
- Negotiating confidently to convert opportunities
- Keeping accurate CRM records and maintaining transparency in your process
- Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations
- Delivering consistent activity levels and commercial performance
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Motivated, resilient and keen to learn
- Have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in telesales or outbound B2B sales
- Experienced in a target‑led environment for at least 12 months, with a track record of achieving results
- Comfortable speaking with customers and confident on the phone
- Commercially aware with a natural curiosity for people and markets
- Organised, proactive and able to keep momentum going
- Honest, reliable and proud of the work you do
- Positive and collaborative with a genuine team mindset
Energy industry experience is a bonus but not required. If you have telesales, business development or outbound sales experience, we can teach you the rest.
