£29,000–£35,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE

Our client delivers innovative, Microsoft Teams–integrated communication solutions that enable organisations to collaborate smarter, increase productivity, and support seamless hybrid working. Their portfolio spans UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions, helping businesses modernise and future-proof their digital workplace strategy.

The Role – Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive both new business development and account growth across the UK. You’ll play a key role in expanding the organisation’s presence within mid-market and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business opportunities across the UK market
Manage, nurture, and grow existing client accounts
Sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise organisations
Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within established accounts

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g., Ring Central, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar)
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing and developing enterprise-level accounts
A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently within a hybrid environment
Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to attend client meetings as required

What’s on Offer

Basic salary up to £40,000
Uncapped OTE of £70,000+
Hybrid working model (predominantly remote with regular London meetings)
