On behalf of our valued client, WINNER Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to work from our cleints office in Leicester. The ideal candidate would be somebody who can ensure the smooth operation of tasks provided by their sales and transport teams.

As a sales coordinator working for this business, your role would inlcude, but not limited to:

Inputting data onto the company CRM systems
Assist sales, transport and admin teams across the business to ensure customer needs are met, taking orders, sending quotations etc.
Provide front line customer service for incoming calls
Ensure that customer complaints and credits are handled correctly
Conduct proactive sales calls in line with the company marketing plan
