Business Development Sales Executive (B2B & Luxury Fragrance)

Are you a "Hunter" with a passion for luxury?

Staribee is a leading distributor of high-end Middle Eastern fragrances and cosmetics. We are looking for a Business Development Sales Executive who doesn't just "manage" accounts but aggressively drives growth. We don't want a "desk-warrior".

We want a superstar who is ready to hit the road, open doors, and showcase our elaborate, world-class products to B2B buyers across the UK and beyond.

[What You’ll Be Doing]
  • Strategic Lead Gen: Scouring directories, Linked In, and national travel visiting clients and high streets to find the next big B2B account.
  • Physical Showcasing: Conducting national site visits to meet boutique owners and retail buyers face-to-face. Participate in global exhibitions representing the company and brand.
  • The "Reveal": Using our premium presentation kits to demonstrate the sensory and aesthetic impact of our perfumes.
  • Closing Deals: Managing the full sales cycle, from the first cold Email, Whats App or phone call to the final invoice and upsell.
  • Collaborative Growth: Working with our Digital Marketing team and Directors to ensure our B2B strategy is as disruptive as our products.
[Who You Are]
  • The Closer: You have a proven track record in sales (Pharma, Spirits, or Luxury Beauty background is a huge plus).
  • The Traveller: You are comfortable with national travel and site visits. You understand that "Boots on the Ground" = "Money in the Bank."
  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around a CRM, lead scraping, and social media for B2B.
  • Physically Capable: You are ready to manage the logistics of professional presentation kits
  • The Communicator: You have an upbeat personality and excellent English verbal/written skills.
