Sales Assistant

Retail Sales Consultant – Sofology (aka Sales Assistant) at Sofology, you will partner with customers in-store to help them find their dream sofa. Your role is dynamic and goes far beyond sitting at a desk. You will showcase our products, deliver a red‑carpet customer experience, contribute to store standards and support your team. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to find their dream sofa.
• Showcase Sofology products in a true Sofology style.
• Deliver a Very Important Customer experience – no ifs, no buts.
• Understand design and style to guide customers’ sofa choices.
• Complete finance applications to offer appropriate payment products.
• Support store standards and share best practice with teammates.
• Listen and hold relevant conversations with customers.
• Visualise new sofas in customers’ homes through creative interactions.
• Recommend related products to meet customer needs.
• Share knowledge on sofa care and after‑care advice.
