Business Development Manager – Hawkstone Brewery

Coventry, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham, Melton Mowbray & surrounding areas.

Full time, permanent.

Salary: £32k - £35.5k per annum depending on experience, plus performance‑related bonus, company car and fuel card.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the independent on‑trade (IFT) sector. This role involves visiting a diverse range of establishments, identifying opportunities to increase customer distribution, enhance product visibility, and ultimately drive sales of Hawkstone Brewery’s premium portfolio.

You’ll manage your own diary, effectively balancing visits to existing customers with targeting new prospects. Great organisation, time management and a confident selling approach will be key to your success.

• No weekend working – 40 hours, Monday to Friday.

• Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans). All offers will be subject to a successful DVLA licence check.
