We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team here at Vertu SKODA Leicester

As our Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to customers following qualification by the sales team. A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations is essential to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information.
You will support the department in delivering the Group’s controlled Active Sales process and driving performance to achieve agreed targets. This includes managing daily actions, engaging directly with customers, and taking ownership of both first‑and second‑facing customer interactions. You will work closely with sales colleagues to help them sell new and used vehicles, along with a range of add‑on products including finance, paint protection, warranty, and insurance—all while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, build strong relationships, negotiate confidently, communicate exceptionally well, and show proven initiative. A full and valid UK Driving Licence is required.
You will also need:
- Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- A customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
