• 6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales
• Confident communication and the ability to explain complex information simply
• A target‑driven mindset and the ability to generate sales independently
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships and adapt to client needs
• Ambition, drive, and a passion for commercial success

• £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £37k+)
