Salary: £30,450 per annum plus generous bonus scheme
We are recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead a retail store, creating a warm, supportive environment and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results. Our ASMs are also known for connecting with the local community and building important relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead store operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient customer experience.
- Inspire and develop store team skills for high performance.
- Build strong local community connections and represent the brand.
- Encourage innovative ideas and maintain a supportive working culture.
