Cook

We are a family‑run small residential care home, catering for elderly people with different conditions and difficulties.

We have a vacancy for 2 part‑time cook positions (job share).

You must have basic knowledge of meal preparation and cooking and a general love for food ensuring it is served to a good standard.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast and a hot home‑cooked lunch and pudding for approximately 20 people.

You will be required to follow the food hygiene standards as set out in the Safer Food Better Business guidelines. You will also be required to follow and complete the necessary daily/weekly and monthly cleaning tasks according to the schedule and documents accordingly.
