Overview

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Leicester – up to £33k. Leicester AST Lettings Up to £33k. We are representing a leading property company seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is a key role managing the full lettings process across a busy portfolio, ensuring exceptional service for landlords and tenants.

• Manage the end-to-end lettings journey from enquiry through to tenancy start
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes
• Act as a key point of contact for landlords and applicants
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation
• Contribute to team performance targets and deliver outstanding customer experience

• Previous experience in lettings within a high-performing agency environment
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
