We are representing a growing property operator seeking a Student Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their student accommodation portfolio. This is a hands-on operational role combining lettings, compliance, and maintenance coordination, ideal for someone passionate about student experience and service delivery.

• Manage daily operations across multiple student accommodation sites
• Coordinate maintenance and compliance activities
• Handle student enquiries, viewings, and tenancy documentation
• Maintain accurate records and support occupancy targets
• Act as a trusted point of contact for students and internal stakeholders

• Experience in student accommodation, PBSA, or residential property management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Knowledge of health & safety and property compliance requirements
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
