Quality Coordinator

Location: Enderby

Engineering @365 is working with a well-established business operating within the industrial supply and manufacturing sector, delivering essential components and solutions to a diverse customer base. The company is now seeking a Quality Co-Ordinator to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update quality documentation, records and registers, supporting audit readiness and compliance activities.

* Prepare quality performance reports, statistics and dashboards to support monitoring and improvement initiatives.

* Support in-process quality controls, including measurement methods, calibration records and test procedure documentation.

* Log, track and support the management of internal non-conformance reports (NCRs), assisting with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

* Coordinate and support training activities for production operatives and internal teams.

* Maintain a central register of quality and continuous improvement activities.

* Assist with continuous improvement projects through data collection, analysis and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

* Basic understanding of ISO
9001 and quality principles

* 8D/A3 Methodology

* Strong organisational and administrative skills
