As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketing graduate to support our product and platform marketing.
The RoleThis is a creative-led marketing role, ideal for someone at the start of their career or a graduate who enjoys creating content and wants to develop their skills in a real-world, fast-moving business.
The role is focused on doing, not strategy. You’ll be supported by the Group Marketing Manager and Group Product Director, who will set direction and priorities. Your role is to help bring ideas to life through strong, well-presented marketing content.
You don’t need to be an expert - we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity and willingness to learn and someone willing to develop into a more strategic role.
Key Responsibilities Content CreationCreate and update marketing content including website pages, product pages, campaign content, emails, case studies and simple video explainers.
Turn technical product information into clear, easy-to-understand marketing copy.
Maintain a high standard of written and visual content across all outputs.
Website & Digital ContentManage and update pages on the Drax Technology website.
Ensure product and service information is accurate, clear and up to date.
Support basic SEO and user experience best practice.
Flag any issues with website content, forms or structure.
Campaign & Product Launch SupportSupport product launches by preparing marketing content and materials.
Help create presentations, one-pagers and digital assets for campaigns.
Ensure campaign content is consistent, organised and on-brand.
Creative & Visual SupportUse templates (Figma, PowerPoint or similar) to create presentations, marketing documents and simple graphics.
Support basic visual content such as diagrams, layouts or social posts.
Work with external creative partners when required.
Performance AwarenessReview basic website and campaign data to understand what content is performing well.
Share insights with the marketing team to help improve future content.
Team & Brand SupportWork closely with the Group Marketing Manager and Group Product Director, along with selected external partners.
Follow group brand guidelines and templates.
Keep marketing materials organised and consistent.
RequirementsA recent graduate (or equivalent) in marketing, design, media, communications or a related subject.
A creative mindset and interest in content creation.
A portfolio of student or personal creative work.
Well organised with good attention to detail.
Keen to learn, take feedback and develop.
Experience using Figma, PowerPoint or Adobe tools.
Basic understanding of websites or CMS platforms.
Interest in technology, digital products or the built environment.
From time-to-time, you may be required to work from our Letchworth office so a full driving license is preferred.
