Paint Line Operative

DC Personnel are currently seeking reliable Paint Line Operatives to join a leading manufacturer based in Leicester. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a modern, state‑of‑the‑art site with fantastic facilities and career progression opportunities. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Temporary contract with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.86 per hour

Hours:

09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday; 07:00 - 03:00, Friday (37.5 hours in total).

• Hanging, loading and unloading parts and components on the paint line
• Using hand and air tools to assemble and inspect high-quality products
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well‑organised working environment
• Ensuring all work meets the company’s stringent quality standards

• Previous experience safely and effectively using hand and air tools
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Excellent timekeeping and a dependable work ethic
• Keen attention to detail to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team
• Commitment to health & safety, keeping the workspace clean and organised at all times
