Engineering Supervisor Salary: £53,000 Days Role – Monday to Friday

Hull We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to join a well-established and market-leading FMCG manufacturer based in Hull. This is a days-based role within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where engineering plays a critical role in maintaining performance, reliability and safety standards across site. The business has a strong reputation within its sector and continues to invest in its people, equipment and processes.

This opportunity offers stability, responsibility and genuine long-term progression for an experienced engineering professional looking to step into, or further develop within, a supervisory position. You will be responsible for leading engineers on shift, driving standards, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory. Skills required to be Engineering Supervisor:
