Site Engineer

Talent Guardian is supporting a food manufacturing business in the search for a hands‑on Site Engineer in Surrey. This role is critical to ensuring production equipment and site services operate safely, reliably, and efficiently in a BRCGS‑regulated environment.

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across production and site equipment
• Diagnose faults quickly to maintain production uptime
• Lead and support engineering improvements and equipment upgrades
• Ensure all engineering work complies with food safety, health & safety, and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
• Support internal and external audits where required

• Proven experience as a Site or Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing or food production
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
• Confident fault‑finder with a practical, hands‑on approach
• Good understanding of food safety and UK health & safety requirements
• Comfortable working in a regulated, fast‑paced environment
