Interaction Recruitment is currently working with a client based in Leicester who is looking to recruit skilled MIG / TIG Welders to join their precision engineering and fabrication team.

This opportunity would suit welders with a strong eye for detail and experience working to tight tolerances within a high-quality manufacturing environment.

The Role:

MIG and TIG welding of precision-engineered components

Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (depending on projects)

Reading and working from engineering drawings

Producing high-quality welds to exact specifications

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding

Background in precision welding or high-spec fabrication

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality

Engineering or manufacturing background preferred
