Pay: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year

This permanent position is being advertised by Swift Temps Ltd, trading as an Employment Agency We are seeking an experienced full time office/ factory based Operations Co-Ordinator for our manufacturing client based in Telford working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and 8am to 4pm on Fridays starting immediately This position will involve using previous leadership and technical skills within fabrication, logistics or installation activities to assist in projects being delivered correctly and on-time Key Duties Manage fabrication and installation operations and schedules leading and developing team to maintain smooth operation of the production process within manufacturing facility Support project deliveries through coordination of labour and materials ensuring aligning with project programs Liaising with Ops Manager and stakeholders to maintain a seamless manufacturing/ production process optimizing resources to hit all deadlines Ability to interpret technical drawers of engineered, depot alumium products Maintain and improve operational processes of quality and cost control Ensuring compliance of CWCT standards as well as health and safety inhouse and onsite Manage workflow , budget and output using project management software Provide engineering support and technical understanding liaising effectivity between different departments Qualifications /

Experience:

Proven track record managing people and production targets within the construction or metal processing/ manufacturing industry Strong organizational skills and technical knowledge of ALUK, SAS, Metal Technology Practical hands on experience and upstanding of fabrication process and experience managing construction installations Demonstrated ability of lean manufacturing Previous coordinator of multiple processes on and offsite Clean UK Driving licence Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
