Position: Production Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Leicestershire

The company manufactures, repairs, installs, and commissions roadside technology used across the UK. As a Production Warehouse Operative, you will support the assembly and preparation of high‑quality roadside technology products, ensuring they meet strict "right‑first‑time" standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare roadside technology components to set specifications

Pack, label, and organise products ready for dispatch

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines

Skills & Requirements

Must have own transport

Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Basic understanding of tools and assembly work is an advantage

Computer literate
