Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm with flexibility required
Location:
Leicester (new site).
Salary: £28,500 per annum
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!

Role Responsibilities- Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date
- Audit compliance against the QMS, GMP, Food Safety, Fabrication & HACCP controls
- Raise non conformance against relevant site, customer and 3rd Party Standards
- Effectively communicate and support the operational team to implement the appropriate & necessary corrective action. Review & follow up to ensure corrective action has been effective and embedded into the site
- Conduct sampling for microbiological & chemical analysis, including finished product testing for microbiology, nutritional testing, water sampling, swabbing against schedules. Log samples onto the extremal lab system and communicate with the lab regarding samples and results
- Support with NPD trials, Prepros and production launches
- Provide technical support & advice to operational team
- Work with operations to help facilitate complaint investigation
- Work as one team to ensure that the site is audit ready every day
- Prepare & facilitate taste panels & ensure results are accurately communicated
- Conduct validation & verification checks against CCP & Food Safety Controls being conducted by operations
- Calibration of measurement equipment against schedule
- Read, understand and follow all guidelines relating to chemicals and equipment. Adhere strictly to all onsite HACCP procedures
- Ensure site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times
